To celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday, we worked with CBC to create a series of animations set to interviews of various notable Canadians which included Ron Maclean, Walter Melanson, Chris Hadfield, David Suzuki, Meghan Doherty, Olivia Nuamah, Evan Fraser, Rick Hansen, Tricia Smith, Chief Robert Joseph, and Jully Black.

As part of the first season of Thought Cafe + (an ongoing series of animated educational videos), we collaborated with Popular Science on a few space travel-related videos.
For the animation movement style, I wanted elements to feel playful and detailed but not detract from the educational nature of the videos. As part of this, I approached the type and icon element animations like they were characters.

Crash Course is an educational YouTube channel that provides free high-quality education for learners of all ages. The channel recently hit 9 million subscribers and over a billion views.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to animate on a variety of series such as Theater, Computer Science, Games, Film, and Economics.

Dive Deeper is the interactive accompaniment to The Water Brothers, an eco-adventure documentary tv series which airs on TVO.
For this project, I designed and animated the 2d animated effects, bubble pop, water and some of the weather effects as well as some icon design. The full site can be seen at the link below.
